Objective:To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of the elderly patients with chronic diseases in Wuzhai County in their sense of acquisition to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health management services,so as to provide reference and guidance for government departments to formulate relevant policies and improve the quality of TCM health management services.Methods:Using literature research method,a survey questionnaire on the sense of acquisition to TCM health management services for elderly patients with chronic diseases was developed.Using typical sampling method and simple random sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 480 elderly patients aged 65 years and above who received TCM health management services in Sunjiaping Health Center and Sancha Health Center in Wuzhai County.SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the survey data.Results:The score of the sense of acquisition in TCM health management services for elderly patients with chronic diseases was(3.88±0.62)points.The scores of the five dimensions from high to low were satisfaction(4.08±0.60)points,fairness(4.07± 0.65)points,accessibility(3.96±0.63)points,effectiveness(3.87±0.66)points,and responsiveness(3.48±0.97)points.The significant influencing factor on the sense of acquisition to TCM health management services in elderly chronic disease patients was age.The sense of acquisition to TCM health management services in elderly chronic disease patients aged 65-69 is significantly higher than that in elderly chronic disease patients aged 70-74 and 75-79(P＜0.05).Conclusions:Optimize the content related to effectiveness and responsiveness,promote the coordinated development of satisfaction,effectiveness,accessibility,fairness,and responsiveness,and further enhance the sense of acquisition to TCM health management services for elderly patients with chronic diseases.
