A Conceptual Framework For Clinician-Reported Outcomes in Zhuang Medicine based on Top-Down Construction Method
Clinician-Reported Outcomes(CROs),are reports of physicians'evaluation of the efficacy of patients'health status,examining the effectiveness and safety of interventions and their own satisfaction from the physicians'point of view.Based on the relevant literature on Zhuang medicine,this study draws on the research methods of patient-reported outcomes PROs in Western medicine and CROs in Chinese medicine,and adopts a"top-down"approach,with the CROs in Zhuang medicine as the core,and combines the fields of clinical effectiveness,safety,and doctors'satisfaction with the characteristic indexes of Zhuang medicine to initially form a complete logical framework,which offers the possibility of establishing a clinical efficacy evaluation system with the characteristics of Zhuang medicine.It provides a possibility for the establishment of a clinical efficacy evaluation system with the characteristics of Zhuang medicine,which is conducive to the objectivity and modernization of the evaluation of Zhuang medicine,and has far-reaching practical significance for the promotion of the development of Zhuang medicine and the formulation of a clinical efficacy evaluation system that can reflect the connotation of Zhuang medicine.
