Objective:To explore the effect of auricular points shallow needle combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on mood and sleep quality in patients with liver qi stagnation insomnia.Methods:A total of 62 insomnia patients were collected and randomly divided into rTMS group and compre-hensive group,31 cases in each.The rTMS group received low frequency rTMS,while the comprehensive group added shallow needle therapy to the low-frequency rTMS therapy.PSG sleep status was evaluated before and after treatment,and changes in PSQI,HAMD 17 and HAMA scales were evaluated.Results:At the end of treatment,the total response rate was 90.00％(27/30)in the comprehensive group,higher than 76.67％(23/30)in the rTMS group(P＜0.05).PSG sleep status,PSQI,HAMD 17,and HAMA scale scores improved significantly compared with before treatment,and the comprehensive group was better than the rTMS group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Auricular points shallow needle combined with rTMS can effectively improve their bad mood and improve their sleep quality for insomnia patients.
