Distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes and Its Influencing Factors in Patients with Cervical Cancer in Hotan Area
Objective:To explore the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome of patients with cervical cancer in Hotan area of Xinjiang and its related influencing factors.Methods:The distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with cervical cancer was obtained by cluster analysis of the clinical symptoms of cervical cancer patients,and the factors that may affect the TCM syndromes of cervical cancer were sought by comparing the distribution of TCM syndromes among patients with different characteristics.Results:A total of 186 patients with cervical cancer who met the inclusion criteria were included.The distribution of TCM syndromes from high to low was 81 cases(43.55%)of liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,64 cases(34.41%)of liver meridian damp-heat syndrome,25 cases(13.44%)of liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome,and 16 cases(8.60%)of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome.There were statistically significant differences in the distribution of TCM syndromes among cervical cancer patients with different ages,number of symptoms at admission,clinical stage of western medicine,number of pregnancies and abortions(P<0.05).Conclusion:By conducting statistical analysis on the TCM syndrome types of 186 cervical cancer patients in the Hotan area,the regional distribution characteristics and influencing factors of TCM syndrome types of cervical cancer were obtained,providing ideas for the TCM syndrome differentiation and early intervention of cervical cancer in the Hotan area.
