Observation on the Eeffect of Acupoint Massage combined with Empowerment Education in Family Nursing of Children with Enterostomy
Objective:To observe the application value of acupoint massage combined with empowerment education in family nursing of children with enterostomy.Methods:A total of 60 children with enterostomy and their main caregivers were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 pairs of children with enterostomy and their caregivers in each group.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage combined with empowerment education on this basis.The self-efficacy,care ability and enterostomy-related complications of the main caregivers of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing intervention,the self-efficacy and nursing ability of the main caregivers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of stoma-related complications in the observation group was 16.67％(5/30),which was lower than 53.33％(16/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:TCM acupoint massage combined with empowerment education can effectively improve the nursing ability and self-efficacy of the main caregivers of children with enterostomy,and then ensure the family nursing effect and safety of children.
