Discussion on the Pathogenesis and Prevention and Treatment Strategy of Pulmonary Nodules Based on the Theory of"Lung Governs All Vessels and Controls the Regulation"
Based on the ancient literature records of the theory"Lung governs all vessels and controls the regulation",this paper discusses the physiological function of the lung,and then explores the pathogenesis and development of small pulmonary nodules from three aspects:failure of lung to govern Qi,water,and blood.It proposes clinical prevention and treatment strategies such as tonifying lung Qi,smoothing Qi movement,promoting Qi circulation to resolve phlegm,and removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals,providing detailed reference for clinical treatment and medication of small pulmonary nodules in traditional Chinese medicine.
