摘要

目的:优化"五味子-吴茱萸"药对提取工艺并测定其不同配伍的化学成分含量.方法:利用Box-Behnken设计在单因素考察的基础上考察"五味子-吴茱萸"药对的提取工艺,确定最佳提取工艺,并通过高效液相色谱法测定"五味子-吴茱萸"的化学含量,确定药对的最佳比例.结果:"五味子-吴茱萸"药对最优提取工艺为乙醇体积分数70%,料液比1∶15(g/mL),提取时间60 min,提取次数3次.该提取工艺科学可靠.结论:本研究方法简单可行,可为"五味子-吴茱萸"药对的开发利用及相关研究提供参考.

Abstract

Objective:To optimize the extraction process of"Wuweizi(Schisandra)-Wuzhuyu(Evodia)"and determine the chemical composition content of different combinations.Methods:The Box-Behnken design was used to investigate the extraction process of"Wuweizi(Schisandra)-Wuzhuyu(Evodia)"herb pair on the basis of single-factor investigation,determine the optimal extraction process,and determine the chemical content of"Wuweizi(Schisandra)-Wuzhuyu(Evodia)"by high performance liquid chromatography,in order to determine the optimal ratio of herb pairs.Results:The optimal extraction process of"Wuweizi(Schisandra)-Wuzhuyu(Evodia)"was as follows:ethanol concentration 70%,material-liquid ratio 1∶15(g/mL),extraction time 60 min,and 3 extraction times.The extraction process has been proven to be scientific and reliable.Conclusion:The method of this study is simple and feasible,which provides an important reference for the development and utilization of"Wuweizi(Schisandra)-Wuzhuyu(Evodia)"and related research.
