The Box-Behnken Response Surface Method Optimized the Extraction Process and Content Determination of the"Wuweizi(Schisandra)-Wuzhuyu(Evodia)"Herb Pair
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of"Wuweizi(Schisandra)-Wuzhuyu(Evodia)"and determine the chemical composition content of different combinations.Methods:The Box-Behnken design was used to investigate the extraction process of"Wuweizi(Schisandra)-Wuzhuyu(Evodia)"herb pair on the basis of single-factor investigation,determine the optimal extraction process,and determine the chemical content of"Wuweizi(Schisandra)-Wuzhuyu(Evodia)"by high performance liquid chromatography,in order to determine the optimal ratio of herb pairs.Results:The optimal extraction process of"Wuweizi(Schisandra)-Wuzhuyu(Evodia)"was as follows:ethanol concentration 70％,material-liquid ratio 1∶15(g/mL),extraction time 60 min,and 3 extraction times.The extraction process has been proven to be scientific and reliable.Conclusion:The method of this study is simple and feasible,which provides an important reference for the development and utilization of"Wuweizi(Schisandra)-Wuzhuyu(Evodia)"and related research.
