Chemical Constituents of Tonglaga-5(通拉嗄-5)Based on HPLC-Q-Exactive-MS/MS and GC-MS
Objective:To analyze the chemical composition of Mongolian medicine Tonglaga-5 systematically in order to clarify its chemical composition.Methods:A comprehensive analysis of the intrinsic components of Tonglaga-5 was carried out by HPLC-Q-Exactive-MS/MS and GC-MS.Results:A total of 105 compounds were identified by secondary mass spectrometry combined with CD software and literature search,including 27 alkaloids,26 flavonoids,15 volatile oils,11 phenolic acids,5 ryanodine diterpenoids,5 organic acids,3 polyphenols,3 tannins,3 coumarins and 7 others.A total of 57 compounds,including 30 terpenoids,14 hydrocarbons,6 aldehydes,2 fatty alcohols,2 carboxylic acid esters,1 ketone,1 alkaloid and 1 sterol,were identified by GC-MS in combination with the NIST database.Conclusion:The HPLC-Q-Exactive MS/MS and GC-MS analytical methods established in this experiment can be used for the rapid identification and characterization of the chemical components in Tonglaga-5,and it can provide an experimental reference for the systematic elucidation of the pharmacophore basis and quality control.
