摘要
以新晃侗苗医药为研究对象,从民族医学的视角,探讨了"康养"的内涵和侗苗医药康养资源的分类、现状、问题和发展路径.康养是从健康、养生和养老3个维度对生命的长度、丰度和自由度三位一体的拓展,而民族医药富含"康养"元素.新晃侗苗医药康养资源包括药材、食材、其他自然资源、医疗和人文活动5大类,具有丰富的物质和非物质价值.新晃侗苗医药康养资源的开发利用已取得一定成效,但仍存在缺乏系统规划和开发、资源整合力度不够、产品科技创新能力不足、服务体系尚未完善、专门项目和人才支撑不够等问题.提出了加强顶层设计、推进资源整合、深化创新合作、扩大国际交流4个方面的发展路径,旨在为新晃侗苗医药康养资源的可持续发展提供参考和借鉴.
Abstract
From the perspective of Xinhuang Dong Miao medicine,this paper discusses the connotation of"health care"and the classification,current situation,problems and development path of Dong Miao medicine health care resources from the perspective of ethnic medicine.This paper holds that"health care"is the expansion of the length,abundance and freedom of life from the three dimensions of health,health care and pension,while ethnic medicine is rich in"health care"elements.Xinhuang Dong Miao medical and health resources include five categories:medicinal materials,food materials,other natural resources,medical treatment and cultural activities,and have rich material and intangible value.The development and utilization of medical and health resources has achieved some achievements,but there are still problems such as lack of system planning and development,insufficient resource integration,insufficient product science and technology innovation ability,imperfect service system,and insufficient specialized projects and talent support.This paper puts forward four development paths:strengthening top-level design,promoting resource integration,deepening innovation cooperation and expanding international exchanges,aiming to provide reference for the sustainable development of medical and health resources of Xinhuang Dong Miao.
