Constructing A Distinctive Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for Osteoporosis Guided by Shanghai Style Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on the Delphi Method
Objective:To explore the expert's characteristic diagnosis and treatment opinions on Shanghai School of TCM Daoyin treatment of osteoporosis,and construct and form the characteristic diagnosis and treatment plan of Shanghai School of TCM Daoyin treatment of osteoporosis,then to provide a preliminary basis for the later research.Methods:Through literature review,combined with expert clinical experience,expert discussion and previous research results of the research group,the article pool of the characteristic diagnosis and treatment plan of Shanghai School of TCM Daoyin treatment of osteoporosis was summarized and constructed,and the characteristic diagnosis and treatment plan of Shanghai School of TCM Daoyin treatment of osteoporosis was established by Delphi method.Results:A total of 22 experts were selected in the first round of questionnaire survey.22 questionnaires were distributed and 22 valid questionnaires were collected,resulting in 100％valid questionnaire return.The expert authority coefficient was 0.884.According to the average of expert agreement and coefficient of variation combined with expert opinions,article 4,article 5 and article 7 were eliminated,and item 3 was adjusted to form the second round of questionnaire.A total of 22 experts were selected in the second round of questionnaire survey.22 questionnaires were distributed and 22 valid questionnaires were collected,resulting in 100％valid questionnaire return.The expert authority system was 0.906.The coefficient of variation of all items in the second round of questionnaire survey was lower than 0.5.The investigation was concluded and the characteristic diagnosis and treatment plan of Shanghai School of TCM Daoyin treatment of osteoporosis was established.Conclusion:Based on Delphi method,this study constructs the characteristic treatment plan of Shanghai School of TCM Daoyin treatment of osteoporosis,which provides the basis and reference for Daoyin treatment of osteoporosis patients in the future.
