Medication Patterns of Professor LIU Guangzhen in the Treatment of Renal Proteinuria Based on Data Mining
Objective:To explore the medication rules of Professor LIU Guangzhen in the treatment of renal proteinuria based on data mining,and summarize his academic thoughts for clinical reference.Methods:Professor LIU Guangzhen's effective medical records and prescription data for the treatment of renal proteinuria from October 2021 to April 2023 were collected and organized.By using Excel 2022,the basic information and syndrome types of the cases,frequency,efficacy,taste,and meridian distribution of the drugs were statistically analyzed,and a prescription database was established.SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 23.0 software were used to conduct association rule analysis,cluster analysis and factor analysis for high-frequency drugs.Results:A total of 201 prescriptions of Professor LIU Guangzhen for the treatment of renal proteinuria were collected,including 174 Chinese herbs.The most common syndrome types in patients were spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,followed by blood stasis syndrome,damp heat syndrome,water dampness syndrome,kidney yin and yang defi-ciency syndrome,and qi yin deficiency syndrome.The top five herbs were Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Chaobaizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Fangfeng(Saposhnikoviae Radix),Doukou(Amomi Fructus Rotundus)and Sharen(Amomi Fructus).The drugs used were mainly warm and flat,and most of them were sweet,bitter and spicy.The spleen meridian was the main meridian,followed by the liver,lung and kidney meridian.24 common drug pairs were obtained by association rule analysis,4 drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis,and 5 common factors were obtained by factor analysis.Conclusion:In the treatment of renal proteinuria Professor LIU Guangzhen takes warming and tonifying spleen and kidney as the core idea,and based on the tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen prescription(补肾健脾方),the prescription is adjusted according to the symptoms,which is compatible with the products of promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,gasification dampness,promoting water and removing lymphatic,and treating both symptoms and root causes,and taking overall consideration.
