Visualization Analysis of Research Hotspot and Trend in Jixuecao(Centellae Herba)
Objective:To conduct bibliometric and visual analysis on the relevant research of Jixuecao(Centellae Herba),and summarize the research progress,hotspots,and trends in this field.Methods:The literatures related to Jixuecao(Centellae Herba)were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,VIP Database(VIP),and China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)from January 1,2000 to November 15,2023.NoteExpress3.9 software was used to organize the bibliothems,and CiteSpace 6.2.R5 software was used to visualize the authors,research institutions and keywords.Results:A total of 829 papers were included,with an overall fluctuating upward trend in the number of annual publications.The source journals were 324,and the journal with the highest number of articles was Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Nephrology(26 articles).696 authors were involved,ZHU Xiaoling has the highest number of articles(24 articles),and the core authors included ZHU Xiaolin,WANG Yongjun,ZHANG Zhuo,etc.The core research institutions included Naval Medical University,The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Chongqing Medical University,etc.High-frequency keywords included"Centella asiatica glycoside","Centella asiatica acid","Chinese medicine compound"and so on.Conclusion:The current research hotspots in Jixuecao(Centellae Herba)are chemical composition,biological effects,research methods and disease treatment and so on.The key research trend in this field is asiatic acid,antioxidant,proliferation,apoptosis and anti-tumor.Conclusion:The current research hotspots of Jixuecao(Centellae Herba)mainly focus on four aspects:chemical composition,biological effects,research methods,and disease treatment.Centella asiatica acid and its anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,proliferative,apoptotic,anti-tumor and other fields are the key trends in future research on Jixuecao(Centellae Herba).
