Authenticity Identification of Changtui(Cicadae Periostracum)Based on UPLC-MS
Objective:To establish an exclusive identification method of Changtui(Cicadae Periostracum)and evaluate its preparation quality.Methods:The UPLC-MS analysis was performed with Shimadzu Scepter C1s(2.1 mm×100.0mm,1.9 μm)column.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile(A)and 0.1％formic acid(B)at a gradient mode.A triple quadrupole mass spectrometry was used with multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)and electrospray positive ion mode(ESI+).The characteristic peptide(m/z:493.77)was selected to detect Changtui(Cicadae Periostracum)and its preparation.Results:The characteristic peptide(m/z:493.77)was detected in 30 batches of Changtui(Cicadae Periostracum),30 batches of Changtui(Cicadae Periostracum)extractive and 5 batches of Changtui(Cicadae Periostracum)prescription preparation.The characteristic peptide(m/z:493.77)were not detected in Platylomiapieli Kato,Tanna Distant,Lyristes Horvath,Platypleurakaempfei(Fabricius)and Meimunamongolica(Distant).Conclusion:The method was used to rapidly and accurately identify the Changtui(Cicadae Periostracum)and its prescription preparation,providing reference for quality evaluation and basic research.
