调经助孕针与毓麟珠加减联合应用对卵巢储备功能下降患者助孕结局及卵巢功能的影响

摘要

目的:研究调经助孕针和毓麟珠加减联合应用对卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)患者助孕结局及卵巢功能的影响.方法:纳入行辅助生殖助孕的卵巢储备功能下降患者192例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组常规行体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子注射-胚胎移植(IVF/ICSI-ET)助孕,治疗组采用调经助孕针联合毓麟珠加减治疗3个月后再行IVF/ICSI-ET助孕,分析治疗组患者治疗前后抗米勒管激素(AMH)、基础卵泡刺激素(b-FSH)、基础黄体生成素(b-LH)、FSH/LH、窦卵泡数的变化,评价两组患者获卵数、受精率、优质胚胎率、累积妊娠率、流产率等临床结果.结果:两组患者年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、不孕年限、不孕类型、b-FSH、b-LH、FSH/LH、AMH、窦卵泡数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗组患者b-FSH、FSH/LH明显改善(P＜0.05),窦卵泡数较前明显增加(P＜0.05).治疗组患者优质胚胎数及受精率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗组患者累积妊娠率高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗组流产率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:调经助孕针联合毓麟珠加减可以改善DOR助孕患者的卵巢功能,提高其卵细胞质量,改善助孕结局.

Abstract

Objective:To study the effects of the combination of Tiaojing Zhuyun acupuncture and Yulinzhu on pregnancy outcomes in patients with decreased ovarian reserve(DOR).Method:A total of 192 patients with decreased ovarian reserve who underwent assisted reproduction were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group received routine IVF/ICSI-ET assisted pregnancy,while the treatment group was treated with Tiaojing Zhuyun acupuncture and Yulinzhu for 3 months before IVF/ICSI-ET.The changes of AMH,b-FSH,b-LH,FSH/LH and the number of antral follicles before and after treatment in both group were analyzed,and the clinical results of ovulation number,fertilization rate,high-quality embryo rate,cumulative pregnancy rate and abortion rate of the two groups were evaluated.Results:There were no significant differences in age,body mass index(BMI),infertility years,infertility types,b-FSH,b-LH,FSH/LH,AMH,and sinus follicle number between the two groups(P＞0.05).In the treatment group,b-FSH and FSH/LH were significantly improved(P＜0.05),and the number of antral follicles was significantly increased(P＜0.05).The number of high-quality embryos and fertilization rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The cumulative pregnancy rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference on abortion rate between the treatment group and control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Tiaojing Zhuyun acupuncture and Yulinzhu can improve the ovarian function,quality of ovum and pregnancy outcome of patients with DOR.
