Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Plasma Cell Mastitis with Liver Meridian-Embedded Heat Syndrome by Combining Liver-Sparing and Turbidity-Resolving Formula(疏肝化浊方)with Microwave Physiotherapy
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Liver-Sparing and Turbidity-Resolving Formula combined with microwave physiotherapy in the treatment of liver meridian-embedded heat syndrome of plasma cell mastitis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with plasma cell mastitis with liver meridian-embedded heat syndrome were selected and were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with ultrasound-guided microwave ablation,and the observation group was treated with Liver-Sparing and Turbidity-Resolving Formula combined with microwave physiotherapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The clinical efficacy,breast pain score,skin color score,breast lesion volume,serum inflammatory index,volume reduction rate and recurrence after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 96.67％(29/30)in the observation group and 73.33％(22/30)in the control group.The efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the breast pain score,skin color score and breast lesion volume of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,the breast pain score,skin color score and breast lesion volume of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,serum IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,serum IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The volume reduction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 3.33％(1/30),and that of the control group was 23.33％(7/30).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Liver-Sparing and Turbidity-Resolving Formula combined with microwave physiotherapy in the treatment of liver meridian-embedded heat syndrome of plasma cell mastitis patients can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the pain of patients,shrink the volume of lesion,and inhibit the body inflammatory response.
