Analysis of the Medication Rule and Academic Thought of Chinese Medical Master PAN Minqiu in the Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer Based on Data Mining
Objective:To explore the medication rule of Chinese medical master PAN Minqiu in the treatment of pancreatic cancer based on data mining,and summarize his academic ideas.Methods:The outpatient medical records of PAN Minqiu in the treatment of pancreatic cancer were collected.Excel 2016 software was used to establish a database and analyze the information of drug frequency and taste and channel tropism in the prescription.SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used to analyze core drugs.Cluster analysis and factor analysis of core drugs were performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0.Result:A total of 114 prescriptions were included,involving 183 traditional Chinese medicines.The top 3 Chinese medicines used frequently were Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),and Banzhilian(Scutellariae Barbatae Herba).The medicinal properties of the top three in frequency were warm,cold,and flat,respectively.The medicinal properties of the top three in frequency were sweet,bitter and xin,respectively.The meridians of the top three in frequency were spleen meridian,liver meridian,and stomach meridian in order.The medicinal efficacy categories of the top three in frequency were tonifying deficiency drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,and digestion drugs.The drug association rules of"Fabanxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum)-Huangqi(Astragali Radix)"had the highest correlation degree,8 common factors were obtained by factor analysis,and 4 prescriptions were obtained by systematic cluster analysis.Conclusion:PAN Minqiu's treatment of pancreatic cancer is mainly based on liver,spleen and stomach.The treatment is mainly based on tonifying deficiency,eliminating phlegm,removing blood stasis and detoxification.He mainly uses sweet-warm drugs for supplementing positive Qi,combined with bitter cold products for clearing heat and detoxification.The medication is gentle,strengthening the body and fighting tumors,and applying both attack and supplement.
