The theory of"Wei Luo Tong Xin"comes from Huangdi Neijing,which reveals the close relationship between the physiology and pathology of stomach and heart.Through the analysis of the relevant provisions of Huangdi Neijing,it is clear that the channels and collaterals of stomach and heart are connected,physiological and pathological,and the five elements are interrelated,so it is generalized into the theory of"Wei Luo Tong Xin".On the basis of"Wei Luo Tong Xin",this paper analyzed the symptoms,identified the source of the disease,sorted out the related pathogenesis theory,and established 6 common etiology and pathogenesis:Yangming solid heat,follow the collaterals disturb mind.Warm evil follows collaterals,disturbs the mind.Wind evil into the fu-organs,follow the collaterals and heart.The stomach does not nourish the heart,the tongue orifice is not used.Moving evil attacks the heart,most of the pain.Heart disease and stomach,stomach disease frequently seen.According to the law,six kinds of treatment methods under the guidance of"Wei Luo Tong Xin"are summarized:Tongfu-draining heat,Ningxin calming.Xuantong stagnation,bitter xin drainage.Warm Yang dispelling cold,Jianzhong Lishang.Fire tonifying earth,help stomach digestion.Qingxin purging fire,same treatment for children and mothers.Fill the soil and suppress the fire,thick soil brings peace to the fire.The representative prescriptions were put forward to provide reference for clinical application of the theory.
