摘要

基于明代著名儿科医家万全的《片玉心书》《育婴家秘》《幼科发挥》等儿科著作进行文献研究,分析总结万全临证中的小儿体质理论及思想.从万全对小儿体质的共性观和个性观展开探讨.万全指出小儿在形体结构、生理机能、心理状态三方面存在体质共性特点:形具而微,其用随长;机能欠匀,感传有势;稚神萌发,易塑易动.小儿体质同样存在个体差异,自然环境、父母体质、调护、社会环境等因素均会造成小儿体质个体差异,并初步指出了服药物、重养护的体质干预手段.以期对儿科临床充分把握小儿体质特点、实现治未病有所助益.

Abstract

Based on the literature research of the famous pediatric doctor WAN Quan in the Ming Dynasty,such as Pion Yu Xin Shu,Yu Ying Jia Mi and You Ke Fa Hui,this paper analyzed and summarized the theory and thought of children's constitution in WAN Quan's clinical diagnosis and treatment,and explored the common view and personality view of children's constitution of WAN Quan.WAN Quan pointed out that children have common characteristics in physical structure,physiological function and psychological state.They are small but complete in physical structure and the function gradually increases with the growth of the body.Their physiology is uneven,resulting in a certain trend of disease occurrence and transmission.Their psycho-logical state is immature,and easy to shape and move.Individual differences also exist in children's physical fitness,which can be caused by factors such as natural environment,parental physical fitness,care,and social environment.Preliminary interventions for physical fitness such as medication and heavy care have been proposed by WAN Quan.It is beneficial for pediatric clinical practice to have a thorough understanding of children's constitutional characteristics and to achieve preventive care.
