Effect of Moxibustion combined with Solifenacin on Complications Related to Double J Tube After Flexible Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the combination of moxibustion and solifenacin in the treatment of double J tube-related complications and tubular stones after retrograde intrarenal surgery. Methods:A total of 100 patients with upper urinary tract stones who were placed in double J tubes after retrograde intrarenal surgery were divided into control group(50 patients)and observation group(50 patients). Both groups were given symptomatic treatments such as routine nursing,anti-infection,and analgesia. The control group was given oral treatment with solifenacin on the first postoperative day.On this basis, the observation group performed moxibustion on Guanyuan(RN 4)and Qihai(RN 6).The changes in the scores of six parts of the USSQ score scale in the two groups were recorded and evaluated before treatment, after the end of the first course of treatment, and after the end of the second course of treatment, and the stone clearance rate after the removal of the double J tube, the total effective rate of stones attached to the tube, urinary tract infection, hematuria and the use of analgesic suppositories were compared 4 weeks after retrograde intrarenal surgery. Results:After the second course of treatment, compared with the pre-treatment period, the urinary symptoms, pain, overall health and work performance scores of the two groups were reduced(P<0.05).After the first and second courses of treatment, compared with the control group, the scores of urination symptoms, pain, overall health and work performance in the observation group were decreased(P<0.05).The stone clearance rate and the total effective rate of attached stones in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with solifenacin has significant efficacy in the treatment of double J tube-related symptoms and double J tube attached tube stone formation after retrograde intrarenal surgery, with good safety and no adverse reactions.
