Analysis on the Application of Maidong(Ophiopogonis Radix)in FU Qingzhu Nüke
This paper summarized the application of Maidong(Ophiopogonis Radix)in FU Qingzhu Nuke and explored the medication characteristics and ideas reflected by FU Qingzhu in it,in order to guide clinical medication in traditional Chinese medicine gynecology.Maidong(Ophiopogonis Radix)is a commonly used gynecological medicine,which is also widely used in FU Qingzhu Nuke.It is reflected in the prescription of various diseases during pregnancy and childbirth.Its compatibility,dosage and processing characteristics reflect FU Qingzhu's precision in the use of appropriate medicines.For example,Maidong(Ophiopogonis Radix)combinates with Wuweizi(Schisandrae Fructus)could through the interaction of metal and water to nourish kidney Yin and clear deficiency heat.Combinates with supplementing Qi and blood medicine could nourish spleen and stomach,and tonify Qi and blood,also nourish Yin blood to soften liver body and regulate liver functions.Large dose could nourish largely lung Qi,which is suitable for emergency.When the dosage of Maidong(Ophiopogonis Radix)is large,its efficacy tends to nourish Yin and produce fluids,when the dosage is small,its efficacy tends to nourish the heart and clear heat.The main processing method is to remove the heart.
