摘要
目的:系统评价癫狂梦醒汤加减联合常规西药治疗精神分裂症的有效性及安全性.方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science,检索时限为建库至2023年3月.纳入癫狂梦醒汤加减联合常规西药治疗精神分裂症的随机对照试验,采用Cochrane系统评价的方法对所纳入的文献进行质量评价,使用Review Manager 5.4软件进行Meta分析.结果:最终纳入20项随机对照试验,涉及1 750例患者.试验组(癫狂梦醒汤联合常规西药)总有效率优于对照组(单纯常规西药)[RR=1.25,95％CI(1.18,1.32),P＜0.000 01];试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组[RR=0.36,95％CI(0.27,0.47),P＜0.000 01].结论:癫狂梦醒汤加减联合常规西药治疗精神分裂症的疗效优于常规西药,且不良反应少,但仍需更多高质量的随机对照试验验证本结论.
Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Diankuang Mengxing Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Method:CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,SinoMed,Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science were searched.The retrieval time was from the set up to March 2023.Randomized controlled trial(RCT)of the treatment of Schizophrenia with Diankuang Mengxing Decoction combined with conventional western medicine were included.The Cochrane bias risk assessment tool was used to evaluate the quality of the included articles.Meta analysis was performed by Review Manager 5.4 software.Results:20 RCTs were included,involving 1750 patients.The total effective rate of the experimental group(Diankuang Mengxing Decoction combined with conventional western medicine)was better than that of the control group(conventional western medicine alone)[RR=1.25,95％CI(1.18,1.32),P＜0.000 01].The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group[RR=0.36,95％CI(0.27,0.47),P＜0.000 01].Conclusion:The curative effect of Diankuang Mengxing Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of schizophrenia is better than conventional western medicine,with fewer adverse reactions.However,more high-quality RCTs are still needed to verify this conclusion.
