慢性荨麻疹与"脾主运化"理论存在密切联系。基于"脾主运化"理论认识，探讨慢性荨麻疹的病因病机，提出"脾失运化"为慢性荨麻疹发作之本，邪气侵扰为慢性荨麻疹发作之标。慢性荨麻疹的治疗应重视脾主运化的功能，并兼顾祛邪，治宜运脾化风，运脾化湿，运脾化瘀，并注意饮食清淡，调畅情志。
Exploration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment for Chronic Urticaria Based on the Theory of"Spleen Dominating Movement and Transformation"
There is a close relationship between chronic urticaria(CU)and the theory of"spleen dominating movement and transformation".Based on the theory of"spleen dominating movement and transformation",this study explored the etiology and pathogenesis of CU,and proposed that"spleen dysfunction"is the root cause of CU attacks,and invasion of evil Qi is the hallmark of CU attacks.The treatment of CU should pay attention to the function of the spleen in regulating Qi circulation,while also taking into account the eliminating of evil.The treatment should focus on regulating Qi circulation,dampness circulation,and removing blood stasis.It is also important to maintain a light diet and regulate emotions.
