Analysis of Special Pediatric Acupoints"Yangchi(SJ4)"
The method of ancient literature mining was used to search the relevant medical books of pediatric Tuina since the establishment of the pediatric Tuina system in the Ming Dynasty,and to find out the location,efficacy and indications of the specific point"Yangchi(SJ4)"for children.According to the historical origins and evolution of the specific acupoint"Yangchi(SJ 4)"in children,the location of the point should be 3 inches below the wrist horizontal line,the depression between the radius and the ulna,It has the characteristics of warmth,heat,Yang,and tonifying,and can play a role in warming the meridians,dispelling cold,and resolving surface phlegm.It is mainly used to treat wind phlegm headache.The two ends of the Dahengwen acupoint should be the Yang acupoint and the Yin acupoint,which are often used in combination and can be divided into Yin Yang and combined with Yin Yang.With the development of history,some ancient doctors marked the Yang and Yin points in the depressions ends of Dahengwen as Yangchi(SJ 4)and Yinchi points.There are also doctors marked Yangchi(SJ 4)point at the third and fourth metacarpal bone wrist transverse depression.However,since 1959,Yangchi(SJ 4)point has been recorded as"Boyangchi"point by many teaching materials and monographs.This method is also a way to distinguish it from the Yangchi(SJ4)acupoint that separates Yin and Yang.
