Exploring the Therapeutic Progress of Herbal Monomers for Allergic Rhinitis Based on p38 MAPK/NF-κB Signaling Pathway
p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(p38 MAPK)/nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)signaling pathway activation has been found to be a key factor contributing to the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis(AR).Some herbal monomers can reduce the secretion of inflammatory cytokines, reduce oxidative stress injury, correct T cell imbalance, and regulate apoptosis by interfering with the p38 MAPK/NF-κB signaling pathway, thereby exerting the therapeutic effect of AR.
