Research Progress of NF-κB Signaling Pathway Regulated by Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Limb Joint Destruction in Rheumatoid Arthritis
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an autoimmune disease characterized by aggressive arthritis, and patients are prone to the destruction of limbs and joints,so the disability rate is high. This paper describes the key role of NF-κB signaling pathway in the destruction of RA limbs, and reviews the mechanism and current research status of Chinese medicine regulation of NF-κB signaling pathway in the treatment of RA limbs,in order to provide a new reference for the clinical treatment and further research of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of RA limbs.Traditional Chinese medicine can inhibit synovial inflammation and synovial tissue proliferation by regulating NF-κB signaling pathway, promote the apoptosis of fibroblast-like synovial cells, reduce the expression of matrix metalloproteinases to inhibit osteoclast activation and reduce cartilage and bone destruction, and prevent the destruction of limbs and joints of RA from multiple links.
