Health Care Function and Research Progress of Medicinal and Edible Chinese Medicine Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma)
This article explores the application of traditional Chinese medicine Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma)and its processed products in traditional Chinese medicine through literature review and organization.It explores the effects of Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma)on tonifying the spleen and stomach,tonifying the kidneys,and refining kidney qi.It analyzes the value of its various nutritional components in health preservation and health care,as well as the pharmacological components such as polysaccharides,flavonoids,steroidal saponins,saponins,and isorhamnosus in regulating immunity,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,and protecting liver,kidney,and pancreatic function in middle-aged and elderly populations.It also summarizes the role of Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma)health products in improving sub-health status,enhancing immunity,and anti exercise fatigue,in order to provide reference for the clinical application of Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma)and its processed products.
