Analysis on the Research Status and Trends of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Intervention on Cerebral Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury Based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer
Objective:To analyze the research status and progress of acupuncture and moxibustion inter-vention in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury(CIRI)by bibliometrics and scientific knowledge graph methods,and to predict the development trend.Methods:The literature related to acupuncture and moxibustion interven tion CIRI included in CNKI,VIP Information Chinese Periodicals Service Platform(VIP)and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform(Wanfang Data)was searched from the establishment of the database to December 31st,2023.CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were used to conduct visual analysis through cooperative network,keyword co-occurrence,keyword clustering,keyword timeline,keyword emergence,etc.Results:A total of 1 031 articles were included,and the annual number of papers showed an upward trend.A total of 206 core authors in the research field of acupuncture and moxibustion intervention CIRI were recorded.The top three institutions in terms of the number of papers published were Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Hubei University of Chinese Medicine,and Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The authors with the largest number of articles were WANG Zhe and MA Xiande.The main research hotspots in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion intervention in the field of CIRI focued on the intervention mode and mechanism of action.The main treatment methods were electroacupuncture,milli-needle acupuncture,eye acupuncture,and head acupuncture.The research hotspots of the mechanism of action were inflammatory re-sponse,signaling pathway,autophagy,apoptosis,and etc.Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion can be used in various ways to intervene in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,and the mechanism of action involves multiple factors and multiple pathways,and the research prospect is good.In the future,the communication and cooperation between the research teams should be further strengthened,and multi-center,large-sample,scientific and standardized clinical research should be combined on the basis of the current research,so as to transform the basic experimental results into clinical results.
