香蕉茎叶与稻草混贮饲喂安格斯牛育肥效果研究

摘要
[目的]为研究香蕉茎叶青贮营养价值和饲喂安格斯牛的育肥效果。[方法]本试验开展了香蕉茎叶与稻草混贮的营养价值评定和饲喂18月龄、24月龄两个阶段安格斯牛舍饲育肥试验。[结果]表明:利用香蕉茎叶以“70%香蕉茎叶+29%干稻草+1%玉米面”比例混贮的青贮外观评定达到优良标准;常规营养成分测定指标说明混合青贮的营养价值高。利用该香蕉茎叶青贮饲喂两个月龄段的安格斯牛,经过60 d 育肥期,两组牛的育肥效果明显,其中18月龄组的总增重和平均日增重分别比24月龄组高20.07 kg 和0.33 kg,增重效果显著(P <0.05),18月龄组的纯收入比24月龄组高569.86元。[结论]香蕉茎叶青贮制作技术简单,青贮品质好,用于饲喂安格斯牛可显著提高增重和养殖效益。
Abstract
Objective]The aim of this study was to get insights into the effect of feeding Angus cattle on banana stalk and leaves and straw mixed silage.[Method]The nutritional evaluation of leaves and straw mixed silage were carried out.Then 18 and 24 month age Angus cattle beef barn and fattening expe-rience were carried out by feeding banana stalk and leaves and straw mixed silage.[Result]The results showed that the appearances evaluation of ensiling mixed with 70% banana stalk and leaves + 29% straw+ 1% maize meal reached the excellent standards.And the index of nutritional ingredients revealed the banana stalk and leaves and straw mixed silage had higher nutritious value.After 60 days fattening on 18 and 24 months Angus,the obvious feeding effects were gain between the two trial groups (P <0.05).The total body weights gain and average daily gain of the 18 month group is higher than those of the 24 month group 20.07 kg and 0.33 kg,respectively.And the net income of 18 month Angus cattle exceed 569.86 RMB than that of 24 month.[Conclusion]The process of banana stalk and leaves and straw mixed silage is easy to operate,having high nutritious value and it can evidently promote the weight gain and raising ef-forts for Angus cattle.
