Preparation and Application of Antibody Preparation for Bovine Viral Diarrhea
Antibody preparations are the most effective clinical treatment for bovine viral diarrhea,but existing preparations are prone to degradation in the rumen and have poor efficacy.This study developed a preparation meth-od for Bovine viral diarrhea antibody formulations that can effectively avoid rumen degradation using antibody en-capsulation technology.Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the stability,safety,and efficacy of the 6 prescrip-tion systems screened for antibody preparations.The results indicate that System 1(antibody 5.0g,lecithin 20.0g,polyethylene glycol 800 15g,β-Sitosterol 1.0g,tanyunsu 3.0g,tween-20 15.0g,deionized water41.0)is the op-timal combination.The clinical efficacy is significantly higher than that of ordinary antibody preparations.This prep-aration has the characteristics of strong stability and high safety,it can effectively relieve the influence of gastric juice on oral antibodies,promote its efficient absorption and utilization in the intestine.It is of great significance for the clinical prevention and control of Bovine viral diarrhea.
