不同药物对祁连山北麓草原蝗虫混合种群的防效评价

Evaluation of the Control Effect of Different Drugs on the Mixed Population of Grassland Grasshopper in The Northern Foot of Qilian Mountains

为科学筛选适宜的草原蝗虫防治药物和施药浓度,本试验比较了 3种不同药剂、不同施药浓度对草原蝗虫的防治效果.结果表明:试验区蝗虫混合虫口密度约为15头/m2,3种药剂对草原蝗虫均有较好的防治效果,其中,4.5%高效氯氰菊酯起效最快,施药3d后其防治效果就达到90%以上,但是7 d后,300 mL/hm2的1.8%阿维菌素和750 mL/hm2的1.3%苦参碱两个剂量的防治效果与600 mL/hm2的4.5%高效氯氰菊酯的防治效果差异不显著(P>0.05).为保证防治效果和生态安全性,建议在一般防治中使用苦参碱和阿维菌素,推荐使用剂量为750 mL/hm2和300 mL/hm2,在危害严重时使用高效氯氰菊酯,推荐使用剂量为 600 mL/hm2.
In order to screen the suitable control drugs and spraying concentration of grassland grasshopper,the control effect of 3 different agents with different spraying concentration on grassland grasshopper was compared in this experiment.The results showed that:The mixed population density of grassland grasshopper in the test area was about 15 heads/m2,and the three agents had good control effect on grassland grasshopper.Among them,4.5%cypermethrin had the fastest effect,and the control effect reached more than 90%after 3d application.The control effect of 1.8%abamectin at 300 mL/hm2 and 1.3%matrine at 750 mL/hm2 was not significantly different from that of 4.5%cypermethrin at 600ml/hm2(P>0.05).In order to ensure the control effect and ecological safety,it is recommended to use matrine and avermectin in general control,the recommended dosage is 750 mL/hm2 and 300 mL/hm2,and the recommended dosage is 600ml/hm2 when the harm is serious.
