Effects of Saccharomyces Cerevisiae Culture on Serum Indexes,Immune Factors and Rumen Microorganisms of Dairy Cow
[Objective]The effects of Saccharomyces cerevisiae culture on serum indexes, immune factors and rumen microorganisms of lactating cow was investigated.[Methods]The single factor paired experimental design method was used.[Results]The serum albumin content of the experimental group(40.68)was significantly high-er than that of the control group(40.07,P<0.05).The serum albumin content, average values of alanine amin-otransferase,total protein and β-hydroxybutyric acid(29.92,74.10,0.32)was significantly lower than those of the control group(30.60,77.47,0.37,P<0.05)when added with Saccharomyces cerevisiae culture(sc).SC increased the content of serum albumin, while decreased the number of somatic cells in milk and improved the body's immunity. The microbial diversity in rumen fluid of the experimental group gradually increased(P<0.05).The relative abundance of rumen bacteria in dairy cows changed, reducing the proportion of Proteobacteria and Firmicutes and increasing the proportion of bactericides.[Conclusion]The supplementary of SC to the diet in-creased the content of serum albumin and decreased alanine aminotransferase, total protein and β-hydroxybutyric acid value, improved the immunity system, enhanced liver cell protection, and reduced the number of somatic cells in milk. The proportion of Proteobacteria and firmicutes was reduced, and the proportion of Bacteroides was in-creased.
