寻甸县肉牛寄生虫病筛查及流行病学调查

为履行好寻甸县肉牛科技特派团职责,助推寻甸县"一县一业"肉牛产业示范县创建,打造世界一流"绿色食品牌",推动高原特色农业高质量发展。2021-2022 年云南省寻甸县肉牛科技特派团成员对寻甸县16 个乡镇,29 个肉牛养殖场(户),1 个肉牛交易市场,1个屠宰场共采集654 份粪便样品和899 份全血样品进行了肉牛寄生虫的筛查。结果显示:29 个养殖场的899 份全血样品中检出巴贝斯虫阳性 12 份,阳性率为 1。33%,阳性场 5 个,场阳性率17。24%;31 个检测场点筛查654 份粪便,共筛查出检出了线虫、吸虫、球虫、绦虫、螨虫5 类寄生虫虫卵及卵囊,寄生虫总感染数 176 份,平均感染率为 26。91%,其中球虫 55份,感染率最高,为8。43%;吸虫47 份,感染率为7。68%;牛带绦虫30 份,感染率为4。60%;线虫32 份,感染率为4。91%,疥螨12 份,感染率为1。83%,混合感染的病例44 份,占总感染病例的0。25%。阳性场 27 个,场总体阳性率为87。10%,其中吸虫场阳性率为58。06%;球虫场阳性率 51。61%;线虫场阳性率 48。38%;绦虫场阳性率 38。71%,疥螨场阳性率25。80%。市场环节寄生虫感染率最高,为 38。33%(23/60),养殖环节次之,为 26。31%(151/574),屠宰环节最少,为10%(2/20)。部分乡镇感染率高;放牧牛群和犊牛感染率较高。本调查结果为寻甸县肉牛寄生虫防控提供了科学的参考依据,指导养殖户规范管理,制定科学的驱虫程序,强化环境消毒等防控措施,切实提高养殖效益和肉牛产品品质,为寻甸肉牛"绿色食品牌"打造贡献兽医力量。
Screening and Epidemiology of Parasitic Diseases in Beef Cattle in Xundian County
In order to fulfill the responsibilities of the Beef Cattle Science and Technology Mission in Xundian county,assist in the establishment of the"one county,one industry"beef cattle industry demonstration county in Xundian County,create a world-class"green food brand",and promote the high-quality development of plateau characteristic agriculture,members of the Xundian County Beef Cattle Science and Technology Mission in Yunnan Province from 2021 to 2022 collected 654 fecal samples and 899 whole blood samples from 16 townships,29 beef cattle farms(households),1 beef cattle trading market,and 1 slaughterhouse in Xundian County for screening of beef cattle parasites.The results showed that 12 out of 899 whole blood samples from 29 farms were positive for Babesia,with a positive rate of 1.33%.There were 5 positive farms,with a positive rate of 17.24%.654 fecal samples were screened from 31 testing sites,and 5 types of parasite eggs and egg cysts were detected,including nematodes,trematodes,coccidia,tapeworms,and mites.The total number of parasites was 176,with an average infection rate of 26.91%,including 55 coccidia,with the highest infection rate of 8.43%;47 trematodes,with an infection rate of 7.68%;30 taeniasis,with an infection rate of 4.60%;32 nematodes,with an infection rate of 4.91%;and 12 mites,with an infection rate of 1.83%.There were 44 mixed infections,accounting for 0.25%of the total infection cases.There are 27 positive fields,with an overall positive rate of 87.10%,among which the positive rate of the trematodes was 58.06%;the positive rate of coccidia was 51.61%;nematodes was 48.38%;apeworms was 38.71%,and mites was 25.80%.The highest infection rate was in the market segment,with a rate of38.33%(23/60),followed by the breeding segment,with a rate of 26.31%(151/574),and the slaughter segment,with a rate of 10%(2/20).Some townships had high infection rates;grazing cattle and calves had high-er infection rates.The results of this survey provide a scientific reference for the prevention and control of beef cat-tle parasites in Xundian County,guiding farmers to standardize management,develop scientific deworming proce-dures,strengthen environmental disinfection and other prevention and control measures,effectively improve breed-ing efficiency and beef cattle product quality,and contribute veterinary power to the creation of a"green food brand"for Xundian beef cattle.
