早胜牛子宫内膜炎的诊断与临床治疗效果分析

摘要
本文对我市早胜牛核心群的185 头母牛通过直肠检查,同时结合B超机检测和宫腔镜检查发现患有子宫内膜炎的母牛57 头,分别采用激素+抗生素注射、激素+中药灌服治疗法和抗生素+中药灌服治疗法等三种方法对患病母牛进行治疗,通过对临床治疗效果的分析和总结并提出几点建议,谨供同行参考.
Abstract
A total of 185 cows from Zaosheng cow core group were examined by rectal examination,b-ultrason-ic examination and Hysteroscopy Endometritis,the cows were treated with hormone+antibiotic injection,hormone+Chinese herbal medicine perfusion therapy and antibiotic+Chinese herbal medicine perfusion therapy,respec-tively,through the analysis and summary of the clinical treatment effect,some suggestions are put forward for refer-ence.
