摘要
发酵杂交构树饲料是以杂交构树为原料通过青贮发酵所得到的一种新型非常规饲料,具有蛋白含量高、制作成本低等优点,已被广泛应用于解决当前蛋白质饲料不足问题的尝试中.本文综述了发酵杂交构树的营养价值及其发酵方法,并对其在牛羊养殖中的应用进行了整理讨论,为发酵杂交构树今后在反刍动物生产中的进一步推广利用提供理论参考.
Abstract
Fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera feed is a new type of unconventional feed obtained by si-lage fermentation with hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera as raw material,which has the advantages of high protein con-tent and low production cost.It has been widely used in the attempt to solve the problem of insufficient protein feed.In this paper,the nutritional value and fermentation methods of fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera were summarized,and its application in cattle and sheep breeding was discussed in order to provide theoretical reference for the popularization and application of fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera in ruminant production.
