摘要

[目的]对宁夏彭阳县10头夏洛莱牛进行全基因组重测序,并与下载的48头牛的全基因组重测序数据进行比对分析,以鉴定彭阳县10头夏洛莱牛的纯度.[方法]利用全基因组重测序技术和生物信息学分析方法.[结果]通过对彭阳县10头夏洛莱牛全基因组数据进行分析,共检测到17,583,444个SNP位点,其基因组的核苷酸多样性(0.0016)稍微高于欧洲普通牛(0.0012)和东亚普通牛(0.0011).遗传结构分析表明,当K=3时,10头彭阳县夏洛莱牛主要为欧洲普通牛血统(64.10%~95.54%),其次是东亚普通牛血统(0.00%~32.25%)和中国瘤牛血统(3.09%~13.51%),说明彭阳县10头夏洛莱牛都存在不同程度的东亚普通牛和中国瘤牛血统.[结论]基于全基因组重测序分析,彭阳县10头夏洛莱牛均为杂交牛.

Abstract

[Objective]To determine the genetic purity of 10 Charolai cattle in Pengyang County,Ningxia,whole genome resequencing was performed and compared with the whole genome resequencing data of 48 cattle downloaded.[Methods]The study utilized whole genome resequencing technology and bioinformatics analysis methods.[Results]A total of 17,583,444 SNP loci were identified through whole-genome analysis of 10 Charolai cattle in Pengyang County.The nucleotide diversity of 10 Charolai cattle genome(0.0016)was found to be a little higher to that of European common cattle(0.0012)and East Asian common cattle(0.0011).The genetic struc-ture analysis showed that when K=3,the 10 Chalolai cattle were mainly European taurine cattle ancestry(64.10%~95.54%),followed by East Asian taurine cattle ancestry(0.00%~32.25%)and Chinese Zebu cattle ancestry(3.09%~13.51%).The results indicated that 10 Charolai cattle in Pengyang County had differ-ent degrees of East Asian taurine cattle and Chinese Zebu cattle ancestry.[Conclusion]The whole genome rese-quencing analysis indicates that all 10 Charolai cattle in Pengyang County are hybrid cattle.
