一种近红外光纤布里渊光谱仪分辨率增强方法

对于研制的基于光纤受激布里渊效应的精密光谱分析仪,受激布里渊增益谱宽的存在限制了可用的最佳光谱分辨率,并造成受激布里渊增益系数与功率存在关联性.这些都会影响近红外光纤布里渊光谱仪的性能.针对上述问题,提出了一种光谱分辨率增强方法.采用两级受激布里渊过程级联,并结合待测光和泵浦光的功率调控,使得受激布里渊过程处于小信号、线性高增益区.结果表明,该方法能够实现约1.4倍的光谱分辨率增强效果,突破了原理理论限制,提升了近红外光纤布里渊光谱仪的性能.
A Resolution Enhancement Method of Near-Infrared Optical Fiber Brillouin Spectroscopy
Due to the spectrum width of stimulated Brillouin gain,the best available spectral resolution is lim-ited for the developed precision spectral analyzer based on the optical fiber stimulated Brillouin effect.In addi-tion,the stimulated Brillouin gain coefficient is related to the power.These factors affect the performance of the NIR fiber Brillouin spectrometer.To solve these problems,the research is conducted and a spectral reso-lution enhancement method is proposed.In this method,two stages of stimulated Brillouin process are casca-ded,combined with the power regulation of the measured light and the pump light,so that the stimulated Bril-louin process is in the small signal linear high gain region.The results show that this method can achieve about 1.4 times spectral resolution enhancement.The spectral resolution enhancement method proposed in this paper breaks through the theoretical limitations and improves the performance of NIR fiber Brillouin spectrometer.
