摘要

系统分析电枢电磁推力,对电磁轨道炮动态特性研究和可靠性设计具有重要意义.为了对不同计算方法下的电枢电磁推力横向对比和定量研究,给出了基于Kerrisk轨道电感梯度的解析计算方法、电流扩散和速度趋肤效应影响下的电枢控制方程.基于公开试验数据,搭建电磁轨道炮有限元模型,其中考虑速度趋肤效应模型的电枢出口速度仿真计算值与试验测量值仅相差0.53%.通过调整模型参数,仿真分析电磁场分布特性,并进一步定量研究电枢电磁推力的动态特性.仿真结果表明,速度趋肤效应对电枢电磁推力的影响不可忽略,400 m/s是模型中影响电枢电磁推力的最大速度值,这对电磁轨道炮结构的精细化设计具有指导意义.

Abstract

The systematic analysis on armature electromagnetic force is of great significance to the re-search on dynamic characteristics and reliability design of an electromagnetic railgun.In order to com-pare and quantitatively study the armature electromagnetic force under different calculation methods,the analytical calculation method of armature electromagnetic force based on the Kerrisk rail inductance gradient and the armature control equations considering current diffusion and velocity skin effect were proposed.Based on the publicly available experimental data,the finite element model of the electro-magnetic railgun was built,in which the simulated calculation value of the armature outlet velocity con-sidering the velocity skin effect is only 0.53%different from the experimental measurement value.The electromagnetic field distribution characteristics were simulated and analyzed by adjusting model pa-rameters,and the dynamic characteristics of armature electromagnetic force were quantitatively stu-died.The simulation results show that the influence of velocity skin effect on the armature electromag-netic thrust cannot be neglected,and 400 m/s is the maximum velocity that affects the armature elec-tromagnetic thrust in the model.It is significant to structure design of an electromagnetic railgun.
