摘要

评估指标体系的构建是评估问题研究的基础.针对现阶段评估指标体系构建中存在的主观性较强、逻辑关联性较弱、系统认知差异较大等问题,提出了基于对抗逻辑的武器装备抗毁性演化过程,分析了抗毁性的逻辑范畴和影响因素;并以某型发射平台为研究对象,分别基于故障树分析法、质量功能展开法、压力-结构-响应模型法、结构-过程-结果模型法和CIPP评价模型法5类常用评估指标体系构建方法,开展了发射平台抗毁性评估指标体系构建研究;基于自信息量和层次聚类分别从完整性和逻辑关联性,对不同方法构建的指标体系的有效性和适用性进行分析.对比研究结果表明:基于压力-结构-响应模型法的评估指标体系构建方法,在完整性和逻辑关联性上均显现出了较好的效果,适合应用于抗毁性评估指标体系的构建.

Abstract

The construction of the evaluation index system is the foundation of evaluation research.In view of the existing problems in the construction of evaluation index system at the present stage,such as strong subjectivity,weak logic correlation and big difference in system cognition,the evolution process of weapon and equipment invulnerability based on adversarial logic was proposed,and the logi-cal category and influencing factors of invulnerability were analyzed.Taking a launch platform as the research object,research on its invulnerability evaluation index system construction was carried out based on five common evaluation index system construction methods,namely,the FTA method,QFD method,PSR model,SPO model and CIPP evaluation model.From the perspective of completeness and logical relevance,the validity and applicability of the index system constructed by different metho-ds were analyzed based on the self-information content and hierarchical clustering.The comparative study results show that the construction method of the evaluation index system based on the PSR model has higher integrity and logical correlation,and is suitable for the construction of invulnerability evaluation index systems.
