某型炮射弹发动机金属W环开口方向对密封性能影响的仿真与试验研究

摘要
为研究某型炮射弹发动机金属W环开口方向对密封性能的影响,基于ABAQUS软件建立发动机金属W环有限元模型,仿真分析得出该型金属密封环泄漏量数值计算公式,通过该型发动机密封环综合工况试验台进行密封性能试验,仿真与试验结果表明:内开口W环单位长度泄漏量比外开口W环偏小,外开口金属W环轴向压缩量需要比内开环更大才能形成有效密封,即在相同工况下内开口 W环密封性能优于外开口W环.最后对两种开口方向的金属W环的建模仿真结果和制造工艺进行分析,得出引起内、外开口金属W环密封性能差异的主要原因.研究内容与结论对某型发动机密封方案设计及W形金属密封环的设计制造具有很好的现实意义和应用价值,对于推动火炮发射火箭弹的研究具有重要的工程研究价值.
Abstract
In order to study the influence of the opening direction of the metal W-ring on the sealing performance of a projectile engine,the finite element model of the metal W-ring on the engine was es-tablished based on ABAQUS software.The numerical calculation formula of the leakage of the metal W-ring was obtained by simulation analysis.The sealing performance test was carried out on the inte-grated working condition test bench of the engine sealing ring.The simulation and test results show that the leakage per unit length of the inner opening W-ring is smaller than that of the outer opening W-ring,and the axial compression of the outer opening metal W-ring has to be larger than that of the in-ner opening W-ring to form an effective seal,that is,the sealing performance of the inner opening W-ring is better than that of the outer opening W-ring under the same working conditions.Finally,the modeling simulation results and manufacturing process of the metal W-ring with two opening directions were analyzed,and the main reasons for the difference in sealing performance between the inner and outer opening metal W-ring were obtained.The research content and conclusions have good practical significance and application value for the design of a certain type of engine sealing scheme and the de-sign and manufacture of W-shaped metal sealing ring.It has important engineering research value for promoting the research of gun-launched rockets.
