基于有限元模型定位夹冲击分析

摘要
针对某型火炮身管负角射击的使用要求,设计了一种定位装置以保证某新型迫弹膛内可靠定位.考虑不同材料、不同开槽深度对该装置关键零件定位夹刚强度的影响,基于ABAQUS软件,建立定位夹在迫弹输弹到位后以及发射过程中的有限元模型.经仿真分析可得,20钢材料的定位夹以及25钢材料、开槽深度1 mm的定位夹输弹到位后在迫弹惯性力冲击作用下严重变形乃至断裂;35钢材料、开槽深度0.5 mm的定位夹对迫弹发射时内弹道性能有一定的影响.考虑工艺性因素,选用25钢材料、开槽深度为0.5 mm的定位夹更能满足设计要求.
Abstract
To meet the negative angle firing requirement of a gun tube,a positioning device is de-signed to ensure the reliable positioning of a new mortar round in the bore.Based on the ABAQUS soft-ware,a finite element model of the positioning clip is established for the mortar round after it is fully loaded and during the firing process,considering the influence of different materials and different slot-ting depths on the stiffness of the positioning clip.The simulation analysis shows that the positioning clip made of 20 steel and the one made of 25 steel with a 1 mm deep slot are seriously deformed or even fracture under the impact of the inertia force of the projectile after being fully loaded;the positioning clip made of 35 steel with a 0.5 mm slot affects the internal ballistic performance of the mortar round when it is fired.Therefore,considering processing factors,a positioning clip made of 25 steel with a 0.5 mm deep slot is chosen.It can meet the design requirements better.
