摘要
当前武器装备不断朝着信息化、复杂化、智能化方向发展,为了以更加高效的方式保障和服务好现代化战争,武器装备在维修过程中需要快速、精准、便捷.故障预测与健康管理(Prognostics and Health Management,PHM)的提出和相关技术的发展为解决装备状态信息的实时感知,维修保障需求的快速响应提供了有效技术途径,将成为信息化、智能化时代装备保障的主要模式.分析了 PHM系统及其技术、方法在国内外航空、航海、国防及工业等领域中的运用,涵盖传感器技术、嵌入式测试诊断技术、信息传输技术、数据挖掘与融合技术、健康管理与寿命预测方法、智能维护与维修决策技术等.总结和分析了我国PHM发展现状与趋势,对其发展提出了合理化建议.
Abstract
At present,weapon equipments continue to develop in the direction of information,com-plexity and intelligence,weapon equipments maintenance should be fast,accurate and convenient to ensure and serve modern warfare in a more efficient way.The prognostics and health Management(PHM)and related technologies provide an effective technical way to sense equipment status in real-time and the rapid response to maintenance requirements.PHM will become the main equipment sup-port mode in the era of information and intelligence.The application of PHM system and its technology and method in aviation,navigation,defense and industry at home and abroad,including sensor tech-nology,embedded test and diagnosis technology,information transmission technology,data mining and fusion technology,health management and life prediction method,intelligent maintenance and repair decision-making technology was analyzed.The development status and trend of PHM in China was summarized and analyzed,and reasonable suggestions were put forward for its development.
