摘要

针对当前部队装备综合保障能力无法很好适应部队快速发展需要,为解决在分析过程中存在主观因素较多、需求指标标准模糊以及可靠性不强等问题,运用一种基于灰关联分析的质量功能展开(GQFD)方法.通过构建装备综合保障能力需求分析质量屋模型,引入灰关联分析法,概述了GQFD的分析过程以及求解步骤,并通过实例应用分析,计算得到了以协同配合能力为最重要需求的装备综合保障能力需求重要度排序.与其他方法相比,该分析结果符合现阶段我军装备保障发展规律,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性,同时也对装备综合保障力量在下一步规划发展过程中应重点满足的需求提供了有效参考,从而提升装备综合保障效益.

Abstract

To solve the problems of too many subjective factors,fuzzy standards of demand indicators,and low reliability in the analysis process,a method based on grey correlation analysis is applied to ad-dress the needs of equipment comprehensive support with the rapid development of troops.By construc-ting a model for the analysis of equipment comprehensive support capability requirements,the grey cor-relation analysis method is introduced with the analysis process and solution steps of GQFD outlined.Finally,through case application analysis,the ranking of equipment comprehensive support capability requirements according to importance is calculated with collaborating capability as the most important requirement.Compared with other methods.The analysis results are in line with the development pat-terns of PLA's current equipment support operations,verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.It also provides an useful reference for the needs that should be met by the comprehensive support force in future planning and development processes,and is set to improve the efficiency of equipment comprehensive support.
