3D Lidar Gun Adjustment Accuracy Measurement Method and Accuracy Analysis
The gun adjustment accuracy of artillery weapons directly affects their firing accuracy.Based on the working principle of 3D lidars,combined with the working process of artillery equipment,the measuring principle of space point 3D coordinates using 3D lidar scanning and measuring is applied to the detection of artillery adjustment accuracy,and a detection method is proposed.Through the con-struction of the measurement model,a 3D lidar is used to scan the two tool balls on the gun barrel(or rocket launcher directional tube)which can represent its axis direction,and the three-dimensional coordinates of the two tool balls representing the axis direction of the gun barrel are measured.This is followed by the calculation of the azimuth and elevation changes of the gun barrel axis,measurement accuracy analysis and experimental validation.The measurement method is not only highly accurate and user-friendly,but also can improve measurement automation.
