摘要

传动系统性能是特种车辆安全机动的保障,传动效率作为表征其综合性能的重要指标,易受系统内部摩擦、粘滞作用而下降.以特种车辆结构与功能特性为基础,从功率损失角度总结了 5类传动效率优化方法;并基于系统综合性能和关键部件传动效率论述传动系统性能评价方法,指出需从整车、传动系统和关键部件3个层次综合分析.结合传动系统断轴机理分析阐释传动轴监测对传动系统性能分析的重要性;然后提出特种车辆传动系统性能分析与评价研究思路.最后指出,优化传动效率是提高特种车辆传动系统性能的关键,也是研究其状态监测与寿命预测的重要基础,还可为该类型车辆底盘优化设计提供数据支持.

Abstract

Transmission system performance is the guarantee of driving safety and mobility of special vehicles,and transmission efficiency is an important index to characterize its comprehensive perfor-mance,which is reduced by internal friction and viscosity.Based on the structural and functional char-acteristics of special vehicles,optimization methods of transmission efficiency in five aspects are sum-marized from the power loss perspective.Evaluation methods of drive system performance are discussed from two perspectives:comprehensive performance of the drive system and transmission efficiency of key components.And it is noted that the comprehensive analysis should be made from three levels:the whole vehicle,the drive system and key components.Thirdly,combined with the shaft breaking mecha-nism analysis,the importance of transmission shaft monitoring to the transmission system performance analysis is explained.Then the special vehicle transmission system performance analysis and evaluation research ideas are put forward.In the end,it is discussed that optimizing transmission efficiency is the key to improve drive system performance,and also an important basis to study its condition monitoring and life prediction.It can also provide support data for chassis system optimization design of vehicles falling into this category.
