圆膛低转速弹丸旋转速度测试方法研究

外轨不偏置的圆膛电磁轨道发射装置中,由于电磁力分布不均造成了弹丸低转速旋转,该现象对电磁轨道发射装置的轨道寿命和射击精度影响较大,针对外弹道姿态不稳定的低转速弹丸,采用常规火炮的弹丸转速测试方法会导致转速测试误差较大,不能满足测试精度要求.基于单目或双目视觉系统,研究了低转速模拟弹的测试原理和方法,进行测试误差分析,并进行了试验测试.结果表明,该测试方法能够完成短距离、弹丸低转速的高精度测试,测试结果准确可靠,该转速的定量测试可对发射装置结构优化和弹药系统研制提供参考.
Research on Rotational Speed Measuring Method of Low Speed Round Bore Projectile
In the round-bore electromagnetic rail launcher with unbiased external trajectory,the une-ven distribution of electromagnetic force causes the projectile to rotate at low speed.This phenomenon has a great impact on the rail life and firing accuracy.For the low speed projectile with unstable exter-nal trajectory attitude,the projectile speed measuring method of conventional artillery will lead to a large error and cannot meet the measuring accuracy requirements.Based on the monocular or binocular vision system,the measuring principle and method of low speed simulated projectiles was studied,measuring errors were analyzed and experiments were carried out.The results show that the measuring method can be used in the short distance,low speed test and results are accurate and reliable.The quantitative method can provide reference for optimizing the launcher structure and developing ammuni-tion system.
