基于模糊PID控制方法的坦克行进间炮口振动控制研究

炮口振动是影响坦克射击精度的原因之一,为了减小坦克行进过程中的炮口振动,提出利用模糊PID控制方法搭建坦克垂向稳定器以减小坦克炮口振动.通过在Matlab/Simulink中建立模糊PID坦克垂向稳定器控制模型,并在RecurDyn中建立坦克行进间的动力学模型,联合仿真得出坦克在平稳B级路面以及颠簸F级路面上,分别以20、25、30 km/h速度行驶时模糊PID控制方法的控制效果,并与无控制以及PID控制方法所得结果进行对比.结果表明:模糊PID控制方法对减小炮口振动具有更好的控制效果,坦克以25 km/h的速度行驶时控制精度相较于传统PID控制可提升78%左右.
Study on Muzzle Vibration Control of Moving Tanks Based on Fuzzy PID
Muzzle vibration is one of the factors affecting the accuracy of tank firing.In order to re-duce muzzle vibration during tank movement,a fuzzy PID control method is proposed to construct a tank vertical stabilizer.A control model of the fuzzy PID tank vertical stabilizer is established in Mat-lab/Simulink,and a dynamics model of tank movement is created in RecurDyn.The combined simula-tion evaluates the control effects of the fuzzy PID control method when the tank is traveling at speeds of 20,25,and 30 km/h on smooth B-class and rough F-class terrains.The results are compared with those obtained without control and with the traditional PID control method.The findings indicate that the fuzzy PID control method has a better effect in reducing muzzle vibration and the control accuracy is improved by approximately 78%compared to traditional PID control at a speed of 25 km/h.
