小口径火炮系统射击精度分析及试验方法研究

以某车载小口径火炮系统为例深度分析射击误差源,提出射击误差指标体系并进行指标分解,总结传统分解式试验方法.为解决传统试验方法受试验场地、经费限制,选取目标机不能涵盖所有作战对象、试验航路不能覆盖作战空域而导致射击精度验证不充分的问题,提出一种模拟航迹实弹射击试验方法.该模拟航迹实弹射击试验通过仿真与实装相结合的方式,可直接获取系统对不同典型目标、各种航路参数下的射击误差,解决射击精度验证不充分的问题.采用射击误差指标表征系统射击精度优劣,射击误差指标体系的分解方法,对如何提高火炮系统射击精度有很好的参考价值.提出的模拟航迹实弹射击试验方法对同类火炮武器系统的论证、研制可提供一定的参考和帮助.
Research on Firing Accuracy and Test Method for Small-Caliber Gun System
The firing error source of a small-caliber vehicle-mounted gun was analyzed in depth.The index system of firing error was put forward and decomposed.The traditional decomposition test method was summarized.The traditional test method is limited by the proving ground and funds,furthermore,the selected targets set can't cover all combat objects and the test courses can't cover the combat air-space,so the firing accuracy is not fully verified.A live firing test method with simulated course was proposed.Firing error for different targets and trajectory parameters was obtained by the proposed method integrating simulation and real equipment.The firing error index was used to characterize the firing accuracy of the system.The decomposition method of firing error index can provide a reference for improving the firing accuracy of the artillery system.The live firing test method with simulated course can provide a certain reference for the demonstration and development of similar gun system.
