为了更有效地验证火炮协调器仿真模型的准确性,提出了一种基于改进灰色关联分析的仿真数据一致性验证方法.此方法不仅综合考虑了序列曲线的相似性和相近性,还考虑了协调器工作过程中不同阶段对整体系统的影响.在建模过程中,根据 Lagrange方程构建了火炮协调器的刚柔耦合动力学模型,并特别考虑了协调臂与耳轴间隙的影响.针对协调器工作的多个阶段,基于 B 型灰色关联分析对数据分段取权重处理,并提出了相应的改进方法.采用改进的灰色关联分析法对火炮协调器仿真模型进行验证,证明了此验证方法的有效性.改进的灰色关联分析能够全面、有效地检验火炮协调器仿真模型的一致性,从而提高验证的准确性,为火炮协调器性能的优化提供了有力工具.
Research on the Validation of Simulation Model of Artillery Coordinator Based on Improved Grey Relation Analysis
To verify the accuracy of the artillery coordinator simulation model more effectively,we pro-posed a simulation data consistency verification method based on improved grey relation analysis.This method not only accounts for the similarity and proximity of sequential curves,but also considers the influence of different stages during the coordinator's operation on the overall system.In the modeling process,we established a rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model for the artillery coordinator using La-grange equations,paying special attention to the effects of clearance between the coordination arm and the trunnion.To address the multiple stages of coordinator operation,we segmented and weighted the data based on B-type grey relation analysis and introduced corresponding improvement techniques.By applying the improved grey relation analysis,we validated the artillery coordinator simulation model,thereby demonstrating the effectiveness of this verification approach.This improved method offers a comprehensive and effective assessment of the consistency of the artillery coordinator simulation model,subsequently improving validation accuracy and furnishing a potent tool for optimizing the performance of the artillery coordinator.
