摘要

固态功率控制器是集配电、断路、保护于一体的无触点高可靠性智能开关.国外军用装备普遍使用固态功率控制器构建智能配电系统,而国内相关技术起步较晚,开展固态功率控制器研究已成为当务之急.针对陆军装备配电系统需求,设计了一种新型大功率直流 270 V 固态功率控制器;提出的双 MOSFET 并联驱动拓扑可将额定电流提升至 40 A,减小了功率回路导通压降,提升了系统效率;设计的集成式复用充放电电阻网络拓扑缩小了控制器体积,提升了可靠性;建立的矩阵式分级故障隔离控制策略提供灵活保护参数配置接口.通过 14.5 kW台架实验验证了所提出拓扑结构和控制策略的有效性,为形成成熟的大功率直流固态功率控制器系列产品奠定基础.

Abstract

Solid-state power controllers are contactless high-reliability intelligent switches which in-tegrate power distribution,circuit breaking and protection.Solid-state power controllers are widely used in foreign military equipment to build intelligent distribution system.However,the domestic rela-ted technology started late,so it has become a top priority to carry out the research on solid-state power controllers.A new type of high-power DC 270 V solid-state power controller was designed to meet the requirements of the army equipment distribution system.The proposed dual MOSFET parallel drive to-pology can increase the rated current to 40 A,reduce the turn-on voltage drop of the power loop and improve the system efficiency.The integrated multiplex charge-discharge resistance network topology can reduce the controller volume and improve the reliability.The established matrix hierarchical fault isolation control strategy provides a flexible protection parameters configuration interface.The effective-ness of the proposed topology and control strategy was verified by the 14.5 kW test bench.This design lays the foundation for development of a seies of mature high-power DC solid-state power controllers.
