Nitrogen is the main elements causing eutrophication,in order to study its distribution characteristics in the surface water of Yellow River Estuary in summer,samples were collected in August 2013 for analyzing.The result shows that:the concentration of NH4+-N and NO2--N is 164.30ug/L and 6.14ug/L respectively.The highest concentration of NO3--N is 2.1mg/L.the concentration of NH4+-N and NO2--N decreases with the increase in salinity,which is mainly affected by physical mixing process of dilution.NO3--N is low in freshwater side and high in sea side,mainly affected by phytoplankton.
